Athletic Therapy is your pathway to relieving pain and returning confidently to work or play. It’s designed for anyone recovering from acute or chronic injuries affecting muscles, joints, tendons, or the head—and it’s not just for athletes! I combine manual therapy, rehabilitation exercises, and applied neurology to accelerate pain relief, support recovery, and prevent further injuries.
Osteopathy is a holistic, hands-on therapy that focuses on the deep relationship between structure, function, and the nervous system. I use a unique blend of manual techniques and applied neurology to restore alignment, improve mobility, reduce pain, and support full-body health. By working with muscles, joints, fascia, organs, and neural pathways, we address root causes—not just symptoms. And I’m not your average osteo—you’ll leave with simple, targeted tools to speed up your recovery at home.
I will help you enhance your athleticism, optimize your movement efficiency and minimize your injury risk with personalized programs and coaching. Detailed assessments, biomechanical analysis, goal setting, and neuro tools are integral components of my approach, ensuring comprehensive physical development and sustained performance improvements.
Didié (D.D.A.) Hamel-Jolette is an Athletic Therapist, Osteopath, Strength & Conditioning Coach, and Applied Neurology Practitioner who helps people overcome pain, resolve stubborn injuries, and unlock better performance—even when nothing else has worked.
Based in Revelstoke, BC, Didié lives the mountain lifestyle. He’s a climber, backcountry skier, and all-around mountain mover—so he understands the frustration of being held back by pain, even when you're doing everything “right.”
Through his 20s and early 30s, Didié struggled with persistent pain—always on his left side: neck, back, knee, foot. He kept pushing forward with training—weightlifting, soccer, skiing, running, climbing—while also trying every recovery method he could find: stretching, foam rolling, yoga, meditation, corrective exercises. He saw respected practitioners across disciplines—physios, athletic therapists, chiropractors, osteopaths. Some helped temporarily, but the pain always crept back.
That frustration eventually led him to study Athletic Therapy, and later Manual Osteopathy, where he found a systems-based, hands-on approach that aligned with how he intuitively felt the body should be treated. Osteopathy taught him to work with the body’s natural intelligence—to listen to structure, rhythm, and tension—not just chase symptoms.
But the real turning point came in 2023, when he was introduced to Applied Neurology through Scott Livingston and Matt Bush. What started as curiosity quickly turned into a breakthrough. After practicing targeted neuro drills for just a few weeks, Didié experienced his first two-month stretch without pain in years.
When the pain eventually returned, he wasn’t defeated—he was curious. He knew he had found something deeper. That inspired him to commit to the full program with Next Level Neuro, where he began layering brain-based tools on top of his osteopathic and movement background. That’s when it all clicked: structure and signal, body and brain.
From 2017 to 2020, Didié worked with high-performance athletes through the Canadian Sport Institute, and from 2022 to 2024, he supported Canada’s National Triathlon Team in the lead-up to the Paris Olympic Games.
Today, he brings that same high-level care to the community of Revelstoke and beyond—helping outdoor athletes and active locals recover faster, move better, and get back to doing what they love. His integrated approach blends manual therapy, neuroscience-based rehab, and performance coaching to deliver results that last.
Whether you're chasing a summit, chasing your kids, or chasing relief from something no one else has figured out—he’s been where you are, and he’s here to help you move forward.
