Strength & Performance Coaching

Strength & Performance Coaching at Elevate Motion Lab is more than just lifting weights or following a generic program. It’s about building resilience, refining movement efficiency, and unlocking the performance potential that fits your body and your lifestyle.

I combine detailed assessments, neuro-informed movement analysis, and individualized programming to ensure your training develops strength, power, endurance, and mobility in balance. Whether you’re chasing sport-specific goals, preparing for a big adventure, or simply wanting to move and feel better day-to-day, I’ll help you train with purpose and confidence.

You can expect:

  • A structured, progressive training plan tailored to your sport, goals, and lifestyle demands.
  • Corrective strategies that reduce injury risk and support long-term joint health.
  • Guidance to improve recovery between training sessions and outdoor pursuits.
  • Coaching that integrates rehab and performance principles, so you can train hard without setbacks.

This is coaching built to elevate not only your performance, but your freedom to do what you love—stronger, more efficiently, and with confidence.

Vision training

Up to 80% of the information athletes process comes through their eyes. Quick, accurate visual skills are critical for reaction time, balance, coordination, and decision-making under pressure. By training your visual system—through drills like saccades—you can sharpen focus, track moving objects more effectively, and gain an edge in any sport where speed and precision matter.

Are we the right fit?

You may be the right fit if you’re looking for one or more of the following:

  • A structured, goal-oriented training plan designed around your sport, schedule, and lifestyle.
  • Support to stay active despite chronic pain, so you can perform, train, or prepare for big adventures.
  • Strategies to recover more effectively between training sessions or demanding outdoor activities.
  • Guidance to improve movement quality and posture, solving nagging issues while boosting efficiency.
  • Coaching to maximize sport performance with a balance of strength, endurance, mobility, and resilience.

If this sounds like you, I’ll help you bridge the gap between rehab and performance—so you can train with confidence and thrive in the activities you love.

Who did I train?

Over the years, I have trained or helped rebuild skiers, ski guides, snowboarders, mountain bikers, rock climbers, Ironman/triathletes, runners, swimmers, MMA athletes, gymnasts, kite surfers and wingsuit athletes. You can find some of them on my testimonial page!

The Spine and Pelvis inverted T

When assessing the lower body and spine, I look at how well a client can stack their spine over their pelvis to maintain a stable “inverted T.” If I see a major asymmetry, it often points to deeper issues that need investigation, such as:

  • Foot and ankle biomechanics
  • Hip strength and stability
  • Core–pelvis integration
  • Vestibular system function (the inner ear organ that helps you sense gravity and movement)

This approach ensures I’m not just looking at the movement itself, but also the underlying systems that could be driving the imbalance.
