''Osteopathy isn’t just about alignment and bones—it’s about tuning into how your body communicates through structure and sensations. By listening with precision, I help your body rediscover balance.''
Osteopathic manual therapy treats muscles, fascia, joints, viscera, cranial rhythms—and, critically, the nervous system—to restore alignment, mobility, and holistic function.
As your nervous system calms and syncs with your structural system, pain eases, resilience returns, and movement starts feeling like it should — effortless.
- Persistent concussion symptoms
- Headaches and migraines
- Chronic pain to your spine or limbs
- Posture dysfunction or misalignements
- Breathing restrictions and patterns
- Scar tissues
- Digestive troubles
- Nervous system regulation
- Nerve pain (tingling, burning, numbness)
“Manual cranial techniques can influence autonomic tone, reduce headaches, and enhance neuro-modulation.”
Applied Neurology isn’t a separate therapy—it’s the lens that shifts our focus from just 'tissue fixes' to 'tissue affects' — how your nervous system senses and orchestrates every movement.
“Think of your vagus nerve as a reset button for your nervous system. Activating it helps restore balance between stress and recovery. Through guided testing, we’ll explore different neuro drills—like humming, vibration near the ear, tapping, gentle massage, or electrostimulation—to find the one that works best for you.”
I use a range of techniques to support your healing, including muscle energy techniques, craniosacral therapy, myofascial release, visceral mobilization, strain-counterstrain, joint mobilizations, and breathing exercises. Alongside these traditional osteopathic methods, I can also use my athletic therapy and applied neurology skills to provide tailored home exercises to enhance your recovery and well-being.

“Did you know your spine works like a chain? When each link moves freely, your body spreads forces more evenly, nerves signal more clearly, and pain often fades away.”
